Z-Parasites: The Reunion

Danner wanders through the halls of the base trying to familiarize himself with it. "<Why did you decide to join this group again.>" asked Ten. "Because being on the run from the government and the military isn't much fun if you know," Replies Danner "I couldn't even free run in other towns without getting shot at." "<That's because you keep doing it without a shirt on, everyone can see that big vain on you back>." Ten says sounding rather annoyed because he had warned Danner countless times about it. "I wonder why I have that vain" Danner says sarcastically. "<Listen hear ass whole, did you want me to die back then, or did you get in front of me because you felt like it!>" Ten yells. "<Besides you should be proud of that vain, it's the symbol that shows you're infected with the strongest parasite!>" "Calm down dude, I'm just busting your chops, jeez how long do you have to be in there before you get used to sarcasm?" "<Forever and a day>." Danner laughs and continues to wander around.

"YOU!!" Danner hears someone yell from behind. He turns to see s raptor looking creature running at him. "Great haven't even been here a day and you've already pissed someone off" Ten says, "hush you" Danner replies. The creature runs at Danner pinning him to the wall with one of its claws to his chest. "Where have you been?!" The Raptor continues to yell, "I've been looking everywhere for you". Danner gets a confused look on his face, "Have we met before?". "How could you leave without even saying goodbye?" The raptor says calming down and sounding rather depressed. "……Katie…..is that you" Danner asked getting sad look on his face. "You just disappeared, without a trace…..why…why did you leave" Katie asked transforming back into her human form. "I didn't want to get you involved with all the mess that parasites bring" replies Danner, "<Hey!>"  "Look how well that turned out" Katie says sarcastically. Danner looks down trying to avoid eye contact.

"Where did you go anyway?" Katie asked "I couldn't find you anywhere." "Well I was the king of hide and seek way back when" Danner says jokingly, smiling a little, trying to lighten the mood but Katie just gives a look as if to say 'are fucking kidding me?'. Danner looks back down," I...went away...".  "I see that, where though? " Katie sounding a bit angrier. "Nowhere specific, I just wondered from place to place" Danner says.  Katie sighs and moves closer to Danner, "you really hurt me you know...leaving all alone like that." "I'm sorry...I didn't mean to."   Danner says. Katie sighs "Why are you wandering around anyway?" she asks. "Oh well I don't have a room yet and don't really know the place that well so I decided to explore." Danner replies. "You don't have a place to stay?" she asks. "Nope." Danner replies nonchalantly. Katie sighs again "Alright you can stay with me until you get you own room." Danner looks at her rather puzzled "Really, you sure?"  "Well yeah, you don't have a room and you don't really know anyone else here so…yeah." "Oh… Thanks Katie." "You're welcome," she says turning away "Come on, I'll show where I stay" "Hey, Katie" Danner calls to her. She turns to see him with his arms wide open "bring it I" He says Gesturing with his figures. Katie chuckles and goes to hug him. "I missed really missed you, you know." She says looking away blushing. "I missed you too" Danner says blushing as well. "<Awwwww....now kiss>!" Ten says in a goofy voice and Danner laughs. Katie looks up at him confused" what's so funny?" She asks. "Oh nothing my parasite just told me to kiss you, haha, like that would ever happen Hahahah-AUUGAH" Danner keels over in pain after Katie kicks him in the kidney "For that you sleep in the coldest corner of the room" she says storming of enraged. "Ow….ok …thank you" Danner mumbles through the pain and crawls after her.
